Full payment (if any) must have to be clear during the Tour.Any due payment is not acceptable at the last day of the Tour.In case of any spot payment please carry Cash as there is no ATMs available or online money transfer is uncertain due to poor mobile network in some offbeat locations.
Please carry the Original Votar ID / Aadhaar card ( Please note that Aadhaar card is not treated as a valid ID proof in Sikkim ) / Passport / Passport size photographs / Chid ID proof (School ID / Birth Certificate / Aadhaar card) alongwith Xerox copy for each Tourists.
Follow the Tour Itinerary given by the Tour Agency and accordingly discuss with your Driver.
Always keep in touch with your Driver specially for next day's tour planning / Morning pick up time from the hotel / Sightseeing points to be cover etc.
Driver’s contact details will be provided before 24-12 hrs of your journey starts.And after getting the contact details please call the Driver and have a formal talk regarding your upcoming Tour.
Please abide by the all protocols set by the respective local Govt Authorities.
No Insurance is provided in the Package.
Cost arising due to Bad Weather,Political Violence,Strike,Road blockade,Act of God etc is to be settled by the Tourists at spot.
All Tours are subject to weather conditions and hence incremental cost is to be borne by the Tourist at the spot.
Entry fees,Tips,Ropeway,Horse riding,River rafting or any kind of personal activities,Guide & Portar charges, Air / Bus / Rail Tickets or any jungle jeep/elephant safari etc which is if not mentioned in the "package including" part then have to be bear by the Tourist.
Any personal expenses such as laundry, room service, mini bar, telephone etc is exclude from the given package cost.
Any services or activities charges other than those included in inclusions have to be bear by the Tourists.
All disputes are subject to Darjeeling/Siliguri jurisdiction only.
Any tour order separately (other than given tour itinerary) is to be settled separately by the Tourists.
Any other meals not mentioned in the package inclusion have to be settled by the Tourists.
Programme is subject to change due to any unavoidable circumstances on the way.
