To confirm the Booking, a minimum deposit of 10% of your total package cost or Rs 7000/- whichever is higher is to be paid by you to Plan Himalayan Tours & Travels.
Before one month of your Tour starts a total payment of 40% (of your total package cost) must be completed to ensure a smooth vacation. A minimum balance payment of 70% (of your total package cost) is to be made 15 days prior to the date of start of your Tour. And the balance amount must have been pay during your trip. However any last day payment of your tour is not acceptable.
Special Note - In case you confirm your booking in less than 30 days of your tour starts, in that case a minimum deposit of 20% of your total package cost or Rs 10,000/- whichever is higher is to be paid by you to Plan Himalayan Tours & Travels. And balance 70% payment (of your total package cost) is to be made 15 days prior to the date of start of your Tour. And the remaining balance amount must have been
