If you want to change your scheduled tour date (must be inform to us prior to 40 days of your tour starts) due to some unavoidable situations, in that case your Tour will be reschedule within the next six months from the date of your scheduled tour. However keep in mind that in case your change date falls uner the peak season like Diwali, Pooja, Christmas, Holi, May month and the long weekends etc then the package cost may be change.
Incase of any conflict or legal issue it will be matters of Darjeeling/Siliguri jurisdiction only.
